Dennis Hogarth brings over 40 years of experience in ICT organizational governance, project management, information risk management and ICT finance, having worked in management and leadership roles as a partner with KPMG, a large multinational professional service organization, and also more recently as an independent consultant. During his career, Dennis served in a number of international leadership roles in addition to managing projects and service delivery teams. One of Dennis’ major accomplishments included planning the organizational design for KPMG’s first global technology organization with a focus on consolidating the disparate ICT functions, systems and processing needs of over 100 KPMG member firms. He was subsequently assigned responsibility for forming and managing this organization over a 5-year period.
During the past 20 years, Dennis has been involved in the design of functions and organizations to support major international ICT initiatives and reforms, and the management of associated implementation projects to achieve significant organizational change in ICT environments. Through this effort, he has gained considerable experience working in international and multi-cultural settings. He has effectively managed the change processes and communications involved with the formation and restructuring of global ICT functions, as well as recruiting, training and managing high performance teams to lead ongoing ICT functions and operations. His recent clients have included the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and UNICEF.
